Many of the items sold by Ninny Noodle Noo are handcrafted, as such sizes and colours given are a guide only. There may be slight variations in size and colour due to the individual nature of many of the pieces. The photographic quality of images may also be affected by individual viewing platforms and therefore the colour of an item may vary slightly from its product image on this site. Ninny Noodle Noo reserves the right to alter specifications to products without prior notice.
Some handmade items are despatched direct from the maker, as such if there is any difficulty with the the item, the maker retains responsibility. If there is a problem, please contact Ninny Noodle Noo to be put in touch with the maker.
All goods are offered subject to availability. The site maintains an automatic stock control system, however, should a rare error occur it is possible that an item may appear in stock when it is out of stock. If such an error occurs and payment has taken place, you may choose to order a substitute item of the similar value or be refunded to the value of the out-of-stock item paid for.
Payment
This site uses a secure SSL connection to process your card details. Alternatively you may choose to pay by PayPal or cheque. Ownership of items ordered remains with Ninny Noodle Noo until the ordered items are fully paid for.
Shipping & Returns
Ninny Noodle Noo aims to despatch orders within 1-3 working days of payment being processed, usually by Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Post.
However, please bear in mind that custom and hand-made items may take a little longer to send out as they come direct from the maker (who may need time to make the item especially for you) - this will be noted on the item's detail page.
Postage rates are as follows for First Class/Parcel post within the UK (based on the size of your package and which rate falls into the rates below):

Fast Delivery
If your parcel is urgent, we can ship by Special Delivery - there is an extra charge for this service (please contact us for details).
International Shipping
We are able to ship to Europe, USA and Canada. If you live outside of these areas and would like to order, please contact us.

If your order doesn't arrive
We keep receipts of every order sent out so if you need to contact us about any delay in your order we will have a record with which to contact Royal Mail and follow Royal Mail's procedures for lost mail. We will keep you informed at every step.
Returns
Should you wish to return unwanted goods you may do so within 21 days. The items must be in their packaging and in a saleable condition and must be accompanied with the receipt at which point you will be refunded (refund does not include postage costs).
If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or not what you orders, you will be offered either a refund or replacement items if suitable replacements are available.
If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail due to non-delivery because you were not available to sign for a parcel on fast/Special Delivery and subsequently failed to either collect or arrange redelivery with Royal Mail within the Royal Mail's specified times for redelivery, you will be charged a further shipping cost if you wish for your order to be resent.
Privacy Notice
Some personal information is collected by Ninny Noodle Noo in order to process your online order. Such information is used strictly for the purpose of enabling us to process payment for items ordered and send out the order to the address specified. We do not knowingly pass on said information onto third parties, unless legally required to do so (e.g. as part of a police investigation).
Creating an account can be of benefit to you, as it enables you to keep track of orders that you have made and also enables you to choose to subscribe to Ninny Noodle Noo's newsletter to keep you up to date with any sales and offers that may be running on the site.
